    My goal is to run 40 miles.

    Here is my ticker. I will put in my total miles for today at the end of the day. Are we counting just exercise miles or overall day's miles (I wear a pedometer all day to capture all my steps & how far I walk total)? Also, still waiting for an answer on where the spreadsheet will be.

    You can count everything or exercise miles only, its up to you. I only count exercise miles myself.

    I was bad about posting in Dec.. but I am still here after three months with this challenge. I promise I will post more frequently but not too often as to overdo the threads lol. Once a week should be plenty :)

    .... in again for January! Hopefully I will make my target this month!

    Time to start getting back into the running so am only going to be logging running miles only this month! I am going to start training for a 10 mile road race in March and a half marathon in April so need to get serious!!!!

    I am also hoping to run 1000 miles over the next 12 months! I logged 825 running miles last year so hopefully 1000 running miles will be achievable!

    I am setting my target to 85 running miles this month.

    Kicked it off this evening with 4.5 mile run!

    Hello I would like to join the group my goal is 20 hours of exercise for the month of January... as I do step aerobics and dont have a way to track the miles i'll just go by the hours.. thats about an hour - five times a week- for a month... thanks :)

    Since work doesn't really slow down, I'm just gonna lower my miles this month, and will only be counting running miles.
    So I'm going for 80 running miles this month.
