I am in.
I have been studying for a while now, so my weight has crept back up to 122.
I want to re-start my weight loss and get fit while I do it. No longer do I want to be skinny fat.0 -
I had to stop with a shoulder injury, but I'm ready to restart. I will try and do it daily, but I won't worry if I miss one here and there
