Hi I'm a single mother of a 2 year old girl. I am strapped for time during the day so I have no time for any gym's or runs outdoors. Due to no babysitters. So anyways, I am trying to lose around 70lbs in 1 year possible, yes! Getting there I am unsure. So I have only about 2 hours after my daughter goes to sleep to work out at home. So body weight exercises no gym equipment. Is there a routine exercise I can do to burn a lot of calories? I am always under my calorie limit in a day so my eating is fine. Just to give you a good idea I weight 233 @ 5'9. Any help would be appreciated thanks!!

I've been doing this one lately:

There's also tons of DVDs and aerobic type stuff on youtube.0 -
Jillian Michaels has a body weight only workout called Banish fat andBoost your metabolism that is around 45 minutes and in circuits so you don't have to do it all at once if you're short on time.0

Do something involving strength and intervals--there are tons of DVDS out there. Something similar to the 30 Day Shred (not everyone likes Jillian Michaels) will give you an idea of what I mean if you are not familiar.0
