    I have never joined a group here but this sounds like some accountability (which I really need!). I would like to do 200 miles on the bike and 25 miles on the treadmill/elliptical.

    I already rode 7.5 today. Thanks for the inspiration

    New to this type of challenge.
    Goal of 60 miles (walking/jogging/elliptical). I'm hoping to do mostly elliptical but will be starting couch to 5k training again at some point this month.

    One mile done earlier on the elliptical.

    I took most of November and December off because of a back injury, but I want to join back up in January. A new year and a new challenge! :happy:

    I would like to set my goal for 70 miles.

    OK I will give this a shot! I will walk 30 miles this month. I have not been active for several years so this will be a stretch for me. I plan to start slow and pick up the speed as the month goes by. Will check in on a regular basis, LOL at least once a week. I have been very busy and have little time to get on the computer. I am excited about 2013. I am ready to begin living my life not wasting it away. wooohooo!!!
