Hello I'm Phil from England. Restarted on mfp as I have a heart condition thats not getting any better so this year I must reach my goal weight.

    Well, I am restarting too. Wondered why I was feeling so yucky until I got on the scale this morning. On to SMALLER and better things. Excited to get going again and I know we will all feel better in the coming months.
