Is it safe to try 2 weight bearing workouts in one day?

Hi. Is it safe to try 2 weight-bearing workouts in one day? I have a pass to a gym from a friend to try, but I always do pretty easy to moderate class at another place on Wed. nights. The first class would be this morning. Would it be okay to do both today?

That depends on your fitness level and the intensity of the workouts. I always work out in the morning; occasionally I will go back to the gym after work if I've had a particularly rough day.
Listen to your body for the 2nd workout and adjust according to how you feel, work out at your own pace.0 -
