    Among my many goals for 2013, one of the most important is to return to the MYS challenges. I was so dedicated at one time.
    Happy New Year everyone!!!

    My goal for January is 75 miles

    1.76 miles walked/jogged via C25K

    Okay, so I'm new to the MYAC and just getting back into the swing of walking (I'm not a runner) and I'll shoot for 10 miles a week so 40 for January!

    I'd love to join this challenge...I have osteoarthritis so my goal for January will be 2 miles a day = 60 miles...yes I just learned how to multiply lol! HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL.

    This sounds great! I'm new but i'm gonna set my goals high. I like the 3013 challenge so I'm in for 170 miles for January. I biked 8 miles yesterday :)
