I'm in, started doing a home walking video this morning and hope to start doing a bit of stationary bike work as well this week.
I tried a mileage challenge in the fall and failed miserably, so I will set a small goal and hope that I breakthrough it and then will set a higher goal in February. So for January I will set a goal of 30 miles. The video is 2 miles so that means 15 times through it over a month, or every second day, so that should be doable - even for me

The winter temps & snow have arrived in NH . . . It will be Spin class and some Indoor Running and Swimming for the next few months.
Jan. 1st: 1 mile run (Milliennium Mile)
Jan. 2nd: 15 miles (*Spin Class*)
Total so far = 16 miles (*Goal for December = 100 miles)0
