I took out pork chops for dinner. Normally I just put them in BBQ and in the over or cook on the stove. If they are on the stove I don't put anything in the pan, and just use a little bit of season. Which way is better?

Are you using oil in the pan?

I always sesaon mine lightly, spray a foil lined cookie sheet with Pam, and then spray the tops of them with a little Pam and bake at 350 for about 30 mins.

Funny you should ask, we are doing the same thing tonight. We panko bread the pork chops with a little olive oil, pan sear them and then bake them for 35mins.

lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, then pan-fried on medium-high heat in 1 tbsp butter for about 3-5 minutes on each side

That's it. The perfect pork chop!

Some times I will simmer them in cream of mushroom soup also, but they're a merely delicious fixed that way, not perfect.
