What are the foods you must have in your fridge/freezer/pantry at all times? I'm trying to build a no fail grocery list. Thanks

I also plan out meals. Its great because my husband and daughter love trying new, healthy foods! I also buy my meats in bulk but some things we try to keep are "seasonal" and this is because we try to buy local but that doesn't always work in Wisconsin.
Right now we have lots of:
Citrus
Bananas
Lettuce
WHOLE grain bread w/o corn syrup
Apples
Baby Carrots
Eggs (always!)
Beans (always a must!)
Peanut Butter
VCore Protein Powder
Old Fashioned Oats
Flax seed/meal
Stonyfield Whole Milk Organic French Vanilla Yogurt (I don't like mushy fruit and greek yogurt is not great to me)0
