I always have the following at home: almond milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, berries, nuts, chicken and either salsa or hummus but preferably both.

Canned Salmon= cheap, healthy, my kids love it. Win-win!

Eggs are my main staple but I get those fresh from under our hens not at the store.

The biggest repeats for my grocery trips would be:

    EGGS
    Sausages/ham to go with eggs
    Brown toast... for eggs. :D
LETTUCE (toss anything with lettuce and instant salad for lunch! I like tomatoes, cucumbers, and spicy pickles. YUM.)
Chicken/ground beef for easy-to-cook meals like chili
    Fish, also easy to cook
Canned tuna in water (I love tuna sandwiches to the point where it should probably be illegal, and sometimes I'll just eat it out of the can for a snack. <3)
Some kind of fruit for snacks, like apples, bananas, berries, etc.

Quark. Low calorie veggie source of protein.
I either mix it with peanutbutter, nutella or spekuloos spread and put in on rice cakes or porridge.

Or quark + semolina + amoretto = the healthy way to get drunk and have dessert :drinker:
