eating what you want as long as its under your calories?

i do this all the time. otherwise i just start craving food and give in0

I've changed my eating habits to eat healthier and stay under or very close to the suggested calories. Occassionally, I'll have a non healthy treat.. but it's not the norm. It's just a treat. This way of eating has been the most effective for me so far.
Also, I find that it's best for me to log everything I eat every day. It's hard for me to go "over board" when I see the number of calories in some of my favorite treats...usally I just wont want it anymore. It's not worth the set-back.0
