What to do with Tilapia.

Tilapia is pretty gross fish. Your daughter has good taste buds. Salmon and steelhead trout are reasonably priced and taste way better.

That's a matter of opinion of course!! I like Tilapia but not Salmon. I prefer mild fish like flounder, haddock, and grouper!! :)There are tons of web sites with oodles of fish recipes. I am sure you can something she would like.
