Thanks, all, for the kind "welcome back"'s. It's still uncertain what's going to happen for me health-wise, and I have a long way to go to get back in shape, but it feels good to be moving--and back among you, my friends--again.

Wow...I guess I misunderstood. When I read this last night I thought we were to measure by intentional minutes exercised...not miles. I don't have a way to measure that. I walked an extra 35 minutes to day. Oh well . I guess I'll withdraw from this for now. But I'll keep moving!!0

You can convert your minutes onto miles. I use a pedometer but if you just guesstimate your pace it's an easy calculation. At 3 mph the pace is 20 minutes per mile, at 3.5 mph the pace is 17.5 minutes, 4 mph = 15 min, etc.0 -
