    Wow...I guess I misunderstood. When I read this last night I thought we were to measure by intentional minutes exercised...not miles. I don't have a way to measure that. I walked an extra 35 minutes to day. Oh well . I guess I'll withdraw from this for now. But I'll keep moving!!

    Clarasliker,

    You can convert your minutes onto miles. I use a pedometer but if you just guesstimate your pace it's an easy calculation. At 3 mph the pace is 20 minutes per mile, at 3.5 mph the pace is 17.5 minutes, 4 mph = 15 min, etc.
