We (mammals) regulate our body temperature by sweating, usually this evaporates but when it doesn't our skin feels wet and clammy - I notice I sweat on my chest, under my bra, my back, face, armpits and so on.
When you have worked out and these areas have been doing their job by sweating (whether you can feel dampness on the skin or not) they will feel cold, hence your cold breasts.
It's a perfectly normal process and nothing to worry about. I particularly notice the skin on my back is cold when I have been working out hard.0 -
<-cups hands together and huffs into them to get them warm . Okay now come here I want to try something!

Just because I have nice boobs thats no reason to flash the public!
Also I'm watching inspector gadget right now and I can't help but think "Inspect her gadgets"0 -
I wonder about that too? I am heavy and have lost some weight in the last 2 years and put it back on. But lately I have been freezing like an iceburg. I always sweat up a storm dancing. And now I'm down 30 lbs and am freezing all the time-all over!0
