    Thank you all!! I have lost 51 of the 85 since mid-August....hard work and determination even through those nasty plateaus! Basically just calorie watching, lowering sodium intake, increasing water, walking and Zumba! What kick started this whole transformation was me getting pregnant last year...I was SO sick that I LOST 17 lbs. being pregnant so I figured I would keep at it....you call all do it, just keep your eye on the prize!
