I lost almost 20 pounds and was doing great on my goals, then summer came I lost my regular workouts and didn't track food as much I still worked out just not as much and splurged more. So I tried to just maintain I felt like I was gaining weight but the scale didn't chg . However pants are starting to get tighter now! I don't want to lose all my hard work! So any tips to change it up this time around!?thank goodness kids back in school!

sounds like your body might be holding extra water. when you were working out you drank more water because your body got rid of more. when you stopped doing the regular workouts you body started to hold the water giving you that bloaty feeling. stick with a normal workout routine and get a little spontaneous with your workouts! this will shock your body into a new routine and burn more fat.0

I feel ya Sara!
I gained 8 pounds over the summer - still exercising but not monitoring my caloric intake. THAT is about to change though,0 -

I still worked out just not as much
There's your answer. While your weight may not have changed, your body composition has. You've likely lost some of your lean mass and replaced it with fat.
IOW: Get back to working out more.0 -
