New to Pal. Struggling for motivation.

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to Pal and very exciting to start. I always get myself syked up for losing weight and start pretty well for one-2 days. After I always push it off.
Looking for friends to help keep me motivated and keep going. I want to be lean and build some tone muscle, but haven't been very active since I have a desk job and love my video games. So I've started just walking 15 minutes a day for this week and will increase the interval to 20 minutes next week and so on.
Any other advice would be helpful!

Sounds like you have a good plan started! Just slowly add things in - ie: work on one thing like adding exercise. Then when you feel you are going good on that add another thing that you want to improve. Makes the journey easier and less daunting.0 -
Thanks! I actually took this from a guy who used the same method. Since I'm really bad at sticking to things like this, I figure just starting small as well will help me get more in tune with it.0
