Uh oh.. bake sale

So my boss asked me today, if I could make something for the bake sale this Friday ( everything we raise is going to the Animal Shelter, as we are volunteering there this month. Everyone picks one Saturday to volunteer there, and we can dress down everyday for 2 bucks a day to raise money etc. ). Initially I said yes, I'll make cup cakes.. Ehhh.. not so much, I don'tthink Ireally have that much will power.. lol.

She's making Veggie Pizza..

What's something healthy and easy to make and sell? any ideas?
