    These pics are wonderful.
    I aim to find some before photos then I can put mine up too! I tried hard not to have photos done before.
    Can I just state the obvious here. Everyone looks happier and so much younger in the after pics.
    That has to be extra motivational. :happy:

    July 2012, then Aug 2012, then Jan 2013. Not a huge Differenece but you can see the jello on my hips is getting smaller.
    Current weight 180lbs
