Can someone recommend a good beginning exercise program?

I have a gym membership, but no access to a pool. There are lots of good hills here for walking, but not many sidewalks. (I'm okay with that, if that's what I need to do. Not a big deal)

I'm mostly looking for a good "do these things on these days" program for weight training. I'm a beginner, but naturally pretty strong, definitely not your average beginner. lol
