Hi, can someone please tell me HOW you get the exercise tickers? I've just been looking in MFP and on the FitBit website and cannot find where/how you make these! I want one!0

I woud love to join the challenage. My goal will be 30 miles.
I have a question though, is that 30 miles total walking or do only the miles you do actually for exercise (say on the treadmill) count? Thanks!0 -
