    Hi all!! Before is at 182ish pounds, and the "during" is at around 142!! :)

    How did you do it at home? I am starting at about 187... Just looking for other things to try!

    I have been doing videos such as Insanity, P90X, Turbo Jam, BodyRock.tv and I got into running for awhile :)
