I just found these message boards and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Jules. I'm a married mom of 4. I'm hoping to lose around 18 - 20 pounds, and gain some good, healthy, life-long habits. I want to be a "real" runner -- I completed a half marathon about a year ago, at a "slogging" pace. I love music, and obviously, food. I'm a introvert, but not shy. That's all for now. Off to read some of today's threads.
