how to do barbell squats

iv been doing Smith machine Squats I tried today Barbell Squats I failed Miserable i could not even do it felt so awkard LOL i was so embarrased my ballance was of and I could not go low felt very weird

when in doubt, look to rippetoe
until you get better balance you can take a wider stance. move your feet in as you get more stability in ankles and hips0 -
