Hello MFPs :)
My name is Bam (well my nickname anyhow) and I'm here to work on being happier and healthier!
After being in a depressed state for over a month I need to get out of bed and try and help myself.
So I'm looking for support and I hear that this place is perfect for that.
I'd love to hear from you all and support you all too!

    Hi Bam, im here for much the same reason. I used to feel great and be in good shape, then i nosedived and have been overweight and occasionally depressed for a few years now. Its time to get into great shape and feel just as great! Lets do it.
