Carbs!!!!!!

Does anyone else go over on their carbs EVERYDAY like me? I do good on calories, fat, and protein but no matter what, I go over on carbs. I even buy all the low carb products and I don't eat potatoes at all or hardly any bread. I think the carb goal is unrealistic.

For instance today I have over 400 calories left and 2 carbs left!!! WTF!!:mad:0

It can be so hard. What I have found helps me is eating lots of salad and veggies as snacks. I stay 'under budget' every time.
Also, when you do eat bread/cereal, make sure it is super high fiber. This affects your net carbs. A good one to try is "Fiber One"//0 -
I only count carbs and sugars so I am really no help to you. That is why I can not be on a low fat low calorie diet I just think it it so difficult.

I am always under.. but I eat only whole wheat lite breads, I stick to 100 cal carbs on each meal whatever i may eat..it helps... but im always over on fiber and protein but under on everything else...i guess there is no ture way to be exact on all foods:bigsmile:Does anyone else go over on their carbs EVERYDAY like me? I have more of a problem with protein than carbs. try to have more veggies and fewer bread products.0

my carbs came from popcorn and my ice cream.
which is awful cause i'm all period-y and retaining water
