Well if this isn't motivational !!

Just thought I would share some good news in the hope that it may inspire !!

After just 3 days of doing what I shouldn't have put off doing last year due to finding excuses again........, just 3 days of food logging together with some exercise spurred on from using the great endomondo app I saw advertised here and I have undone all the weight gain of the last three months in just three days !!!

I for one should know that food logging and a little exercise each week works after losing 7 stone doing just that back in 2007, I also know that all that hard work can be steadily undone if you find excuses not to keep on track as over the last 5 years I have put 5 stone of it back on !!

Still we learn by our mistakes, none of us are perfect, but when you find a resource such as myfitnesspal , all for free , you know there is hope and help at hand to get you to your goals.

Just keep on logging, do a little exercise, and use the motivational force of this web site to help ditch the excuses to find a new you.

    Oh, just so nobody gets too excited of what can be achieved in 3 days, my weight loss total of 28 lbs is now the total weight loss since the start of 2007 when I first started logging to lose weight the first time around !!
