400 CALF RAISES!
Here’s how to do them: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/standing-calf-raises
If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!
Level 1: From floor
Level 2: Heels hanging off any kind of step
Level 3: Add weights in your hands just hanging at your sides. No weights? Get creative!
DEFINITELY stretch BEFORE, BETWEEN, & AFTER SETS.
Post once to accept and post back when you're done!

I have a minichallenge from my Tone It Up group for today too --- 15 of any exercise on the hour, every hour... Since I'm working, I decided to do 15 chair dips to work on my triceps.
I'll do this one, too!! I'll do them during bathroom breaks0 -

Still feeling some residule pain from the squats this week, (been hurting the past couple of days, but dealing because I know I'm just out of shape) hoping that I will not be in more pain after these. I think what I will do is spread these out quite a bit, like doing a set of 100 broken up into twenty per over the span of 3-5 min, but then take a break of 5-10 minutes before moving on to the next set of 100. So I'm pretty sure that this will take me about an hour to complete depending on how it feels doing them, I'm sure that they are not as hard as 300 squats!0 -
