I'm in! I've missed all others this week
I'm doing them in sets of 30, standing on a ream of paper and holding a pair of Valeo wrist weights for two pounds (they were in my drawer).0 -
Did most of these right after lunch. Got busy, then finished up a few minutes ago...
80 on Level I
80 on Level II
80 on Level III w/ 50 lbs.
40 on Level II/III w/ 10 lbs. - butt-kicker, this one was
60 on Level I
60 more on Level I0 -

I did all 400, maybe a few extra because I lost count...
8 sets of 50
I work on the 5th floor of an office, so as I walked downstairs to heat up lunch, I did one set on the bottom/last step of each flight of stairs...
Then on the way back up, i did 1 set on the top step of each of the 4 flights.0 -
I'm in! Any idea how many calories this will burn?
Hmm. Good question. I've never worn my heart rate monitor while doing calf raises, but my best guess is... Depending on your weight and the intensity of the raises, somewhere between 60-80 calories. I'll have to start wearing my heart rate monitor more often!0 -

only made it to 300...not bad for me considering that I haven't done "real" strength work in a while at least since I twisted my ankle in August0
