Carbs? I'm Lost.

Can someone tell me how many carbs, roughly, should be on the daily goal. Right now MFP has mine at 6.5% of my calorie intake. It seems too low to me. Any help?

    Whatever works for you.

Most people seem to use the 40/30/30 split for their macros - 40% carbs, 30% fat & 30% protein. It's a pretty good starting point and you can always tweak it if you want.

It really depends what your goals are. Try looking in to the Paleo or Keto diet.

I've done keto in the past and reached my goal relatively fast (4-5 months) and it's a low carb, high fat and protien diet.

Are you sure it is not 65%?

If you research Keto make sure it's Keto for FAT LOSS and not the Keto for Epileptics. It's a completely different diet.
