Lifters- where was the first place you saw a change?

I've only been lifting for about 4 months. My arms are more defined, and my biceps are bigger. My rear end is higher. That's the only thing I can see, other than the fact that I've clearly lost fat in my torso (I have an hourglass shape again), and I am wearing smaller jeans.0

I may have abs now but I still have a little spare tire in the way. My major goal for 2013 is to see my abs.
I do all lifting with dumbbells and my own body weight.0 -
I would say in my leg.... my third leg. :laugh: Also I have noticed since I started lifting that a lot of women just love a buff kinda man!
