Your worst picture

Is there an image that sums up why you got into fitness? Or a picture of you that makes you work harder to achieve your goals?

Here's mine:

I've added it as my default in the hope it'll continue to drive my progress, despite it making me cringe. I also thought that by sharing it publicly, and inviting others to do the same, will help too.

So post yours! No judgements here please.

I was already working out since 2009, but in May 2012 I went to a volunteer program in Africa & got an unfortunate reminder that I need to work harder! I saw some bikini shots taken of myself while I was there (and not strategically posing in a mirror). I realized how flabby my midsection/flanks had gotten!

You know I'm a gainer too...I hated my skinny shapeless self...was always underweight (started at 97lbs) this was my first full body shot in years, and i just hated what i saw and wanted to try to change it.....sometimes I feel like i have come a mile other times not so much, but I'm still trying.

Clearly we are our own worst critics, as I see nothing 'bad' in these pictures.

    Anyone else?
