My goal with walking and riding 2750

spinning for 19 miles on Thursday and 21 miles this morning for a total of 400

My goodness this thread moves fast! Dinos, thank you again and again for all you do. When you started this challenge I'm sure you had no idea how long it would run or how many people would join! You are becoming a victim of your own success.
As for me I did 14 miles today in run/walk intervals. I had no idea how my knee was going to feel when I low balled my goal for the month, so at least I get to be deep in the lime green while things are going better than I hoped.

Without any kind of truly interactive forum... seeing results posted... having responses to our posted questions... this challenge is not proving very inspiring. Why did you start it and then not bother to answer us or interact with us? Anyway... I was injured and had to get injections... so my walking totals are down temporarily. Not that anyone on here is reading this crap or responding. HELLOOOOOOOO! I ask again... where is the alleged spreadsheet?
