I like a little milk in my tea and coffee. I use Dairyland 1% lactose-free milk. I use about 2 teaspoons, but the unit measurement in the
database is 1 cup. There are 48 teaspoons in a cup. How do I enter the correct amount in my food diary? Thanks.

If 1 cup is the serving size, you are using 2/48 == 0.0417 servings. That's what you enter.0
