I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of January. So here goes:
Jan 1 (Tues) - 30min cycling, 60min yoga (22hrs 30min left)

Jan 1 - 15 minute circuit with medium weight.
i have been on a two month break and seven months since i have worked out and logged my food consistently as i was selling my house then moving with two little kids so i need to seriously get back at it. lets go0 -
