      I find it difficult to explain what the heck it has to do with working out or weightloss,
      but the chorus is what I love. kinda symbolizes the transformation I'm trying to go through.

      I always make sure I have one of these songs scheduled for about 3/4 of the way through my run... really helps me get the job done! That's for exercise though... for general life motivation and feeling good, I listen to different stuff entirely. :)
