I'm 5'7.5" as well but I am underweight, about 117lbs. I'll post my pics if anyone wants to see what that looks like, but I understand if it's not what you're looking for . I'm not dieting and I am starting to exercise to gain strength and tone up, NOT lose weight, so please don't judge me. I get a lot of flak for being "too thin" but it's just my natural shape.0

Oh hun I am sorry to hear that you get hassle for appearing too thin. There are people who are naturally very thin and you are probably one of them.
As a depression sufferer myself I know how debilitating that can be and how it affects everyone so very differently. For me I tend to gain weight when I suffer a bout of depression as I try and fill the empty space with food when it is other things that I need to address, I suspect that you are one of those that cannot face food when in depression or upset, of which my best friend is one.
Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like to.

Here I was about 60kg, now I am a kg lighter (around 130lb I think). I am 5.7 ish0 -
I'm 5'8"
This is me at 115 (underweight and very athletic):
Me at 135 (normal weight):
Me at 165 (top end of normal weight):
Me at 175 (overweight but after months of strength training. My waist was smaller here than in my 165 pic.):
As others have said, the number on the scale doesn't tell you the full story. I was a smaller dress size at 175 than I was at 165, and the distribution of fat on my body was different post-weight loss versus pre-weight loss. My arms, thighs, and face were bigger at 175, but my waist and hips were smaller than at 165.0 -
I'm 5'7 and I might come back and post pics later tonight but for now: go check out mybodygallery.com it's very helpful! It has pictures of real women at different weights and heights and shapes.0

WOW! You ladies are amazing! Im 5'8.5 and I will never be under 145! So Kudos to all of you! And OP, I have spent many years overweight and I do think that does affect your "end" result. Good luck to you and congrats on the work you have already achieved!0

Here I am at 5'7" 120 lbs. I stay between 120 and about 125 depending on if I'm lifting weights or not. My highest was in the 150's a few years ago.

You guys just blow me away. I'm about 5' 8.5", but the other day I had to look UP into my husband's eyes, so I may have shrunk a bit! LOL I've a long way to go to reach my goal weight and I'm about halfway along my journey. My goal weight is 71kg or 156.5lb and this morning I weighed in at 108.7kg or 240.4lb.
Could someone please let me know how to post photos as I can't find anything even in HELP. I'll post a photo of me a month or so ago and another one of me about 30 years ago at about 156lb. Thanks.0 -

I'm 5'7" & around 130 pounds right now. Nooo idea how to post pics, but my main profile pic shows most of my body!0
-
I'm 5'7. At my biggest I was 237 (my "before" pic) and now I'm rocking in at about 187. I carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs now, so the top half of me looks a lot smaller hah!
EDIT: My goal is 166 or 155 depending on how I feel when I reach 166. I haven't been 155 since I was 16 ._.0 -
A healthy weight can be very different, even at the same height. Try not to get attached to a number. Focus on being healthy and losing body fat. You can reevaluate and set a final goal as you lose.
I'm 5'8 and 165ish, my profile pix is current. I'm at a healthy body fat % but still "overweight" for my height. Sure, I can still lose 10lbs or so but I'm not stressing about it. I'm healthy. My profile is open, so check out my pix. I have lots of progress photos.0 -

I'm 5'7" and for the majority of the summer I was 145. I've never been more than that. Due to an injury and GI issues I have lost quite a bit. Honestly I don't look bad at 119-125. I've gotten many compliments and with my muscular upper body you wouldn't guess I weight that. I don't take pics of myself as it only (for me) creates body image issues. Either way I am happy here and plan on keeping this weight as is. I modified my running and eating (not a choice) and it's been easy to maintain through the holidays. I don't know if this helps but if you are interested in my GI approved lifestyle modification eating plan I'd be happy to share it. Or you could google FODMAP. Thats my life:-)0
