            Hope it is not too late to join. This sounds like a challenge (have a fractured foot but wearing a walking boot and been using this as an excuse not to move...gone sedentary) so I am up for it!0

            Ok, well I am not sure how to do this. I added the ticker thingy yesterday, and figured I had better get my *kitten* up today and make sure I did something on the treadmill. So I walked 21 mins (holy hell) and it was ONLY 1 KM , ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Ha ha ha ... So I figure, at least i'm moving... so I am doing it, just not getting too far too fast...
Now, I dont know how I am supposed to get this ticker thing back up here lol...
ok so i added the ticker thing.. NOW, do I have to add it EVERY TIME ????? please help...lol0 -
