when you cook in oil how do you count the calories for that? I use x amount of oil but the oil mostly stays in the bottom of the pan. Thanks!

  • I either guess or measure it. If you cook with 1 tbsp and there's 1/2 left, I ate 1/2 tbsp of oil. If there's not a measurable amount left and the bottom of the pan is just oily, I just say I ate it all.

Yes - I usually measure out a tablespoon and log it.

I suppose you can measure what you put in and measure what's left and log that but I am losing consistently the way I log it so ... [/shrug]
