    Hope it is not too late to join. This sounds like a challenge (have a fractured foot but wearing a walking boot and been using this as an excuse not to move...gone sedentary) so I am up for it!

    I'm also in. First time doing this, but it's nice having a goal, hopefully I will be more consistent with exercise. I'll be walking for now and I'll be logging in km, so the target is 80km by the end of the month.

    Since I've decided to only count jogging/walking, this is going to be a bit more challenging!

    Ok, well I am not sure how to do this. I added the ticker thingy yesterday, and figured I had better get my *kitten* up today and make sure I did something on the treadmill. So I walked 21 mins (holy hell) and it was ONLY 1 KM , ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Ha ha ha ... So I figure, at least i'm moving... so I am doing it, just not getting too far too fast...

    Now, I dont know how I am supposed to get this ticker thing back up here lol...
