Body Pump

Maybe FitnessPal could post calories burned for a Body Pump class, which is a Les Mills class. One hour of low weight/high rep strength training. In some classes you can do up to 800 reps by the end of the hour. Hard to figure that out individually on this site.

I agree, I've used thedailyburn.com in the past and they have almost all of the classes loaded in their data base. I am OK with an estimated average value for calorie burn. I switched to this today because my gym is doing a team program and some of my teammates are on here. Not impressed with the missing Les Mills classes. Body Pump, Body Step, R.I.P.P.E.D. If I am looking in the wrong place could someone please direct me. I input some sets for strength training and It didn't give me a calorie value?0
