I did 3 sets - 30/30/40 using 5lb dumbbells. Really felt the burn in my arms after the last one! Thanks for this challenge & good job to all those who accepted!0

i did it on that day...100 with 5 pound weights...that was really hard. and today my triceps are KILLING ME! i can't use my right arm to take a drink of water...but it feels good at the same time...haha.0
