raspberry ketones

I've seen adverts saying that raspberry keytones help burn fat...anyone tried them? do they work? or is this just another scam to get money out of us?

    BINGO!
  • If it refers to Ketones as in the process of Ketosis then yes, this doesn't sound useful! Ketones are produced when fat/fatty acids are metabolised. A supplement of them can't implicate that process beneficially in my opinion.

I heard they can mess up your hormones if you're on birth control, while not actually working also.
  • ahhh saw these at Sam's and almost purchased tonight - so glad I did not!
  • Thanks for all the replies....glad i didnt actually buy them even though were on special....loads of adverts for them endorsed by tv personalities...they must be paid well. thanks everyone
