Shall I introduce MYSELF!!

Im 23 and 198lbs I have 2 kids ages 3 and 8 months.. Before having children i was 160lbs. I thought i was "fat" then but now i know what fat really is lol. My goal is to get down to my regular size. Its a little tough because i work in an office where i sit, eat and answer the phone all day. I dont have much time to exercise so im starting with changing my eating habits. Does anyone have and suggestions

Welcome to MFP! My suggestion to you would be to make sure and log your food every day. Even if you blow it, add it in. And remember, you can't be perfect every day so don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day. One bad day doesn't justify throwing in the towel. Slow and steady wins the race.
