Hello
I am doing well with my weight loss, eating well and exercising.
But there is times I look at my tummy and the skin looks flabby, can I fix this or am I stuck with it.

Ab exercises will tone the muscle underneath, aside from that there's nothing you can do. If it's loose skin from extreme weight loss you'll have to wait a looong time but your body will "shrink" to fit. If it's body fat then it'll disappear as the rest of your body fat does.0

ETA: And what ^ sad about the loose skin0 -
What exercise are you doing? The best bet to reduce body fat/recompose your body is through strength training, specifically heavy lifting.0

strength training, carb cycling, cleaning up your diet will reduce your stomach.
If your skin is drooping, you'll have to wait (or get surgery!) for it to snap back. Luckily skin is pretty elastic, once it realizes you're going to stay at your new size (or smaller) it'll catch up.0
