    I don't know if this is somewhere already in the reply's but what did you do to lose the weight? I'm the same height with roughly the same amount to lose. What exercises and amount did you do? If you don't mind me asking, as I've currently started working out on my treadclimber and eating better. But would like to know from people who have lost the weight how they did it. I appreciate any advice. Thanks
