Lots of newbies on here - including myself.
Anyways, not had a drop of booze (not bad for a Scotsman) for nearly a week and dropped down
to 1200 calories a day. I was going to say quite comfortably but not that easy as
usually, last thing at night. I have the application on my phone, which is great
to tinker with and do some updating (blogs) online, which is easier.
Anyway, If I can do it - so can you!!

    We had a ham hock for xmas. So, thought I would emulate silence of the lambs for a bit. Kids liked it!
