Hi and welcome!!! You will find LOTS of amazing and helpful people here, along with lots of advice on the forums. Take awhile and read through it... send friend requests to people that resonate with you after reading some of their posts or their profiles. Definitely take all advice with a grain of salt (including mine!) - LOTS of well-meant opinion to go around, not always based in safe science or wisdom. Ha!
My BEST advice is use the features like the food and activity logs. It's eye opening and can really help!!!
