Hi guys, is anyone doing this diet? I don't understand it really... HELP

  • Have not done this yet but done some reading about it and I'm keen to try it. I think basically you fast for 18-24 hours then hit the gym with weights and cardio and your body eats up fat stores. What I read you need to take bcaa before workout and eat after the work out. I'm no expert but that take on it

    its not a diet. It's an eating structure that skewers all your calories to a particular time of day. For example a 8, 6 or 4 hour eating window. The time outside the window you are fasting on anything with calories.

    I tried it for 3 days and ended up having a major feeding frenzy so not for me. Life has to be simpler... Eat when hungry and not timed like a convict.

    BCAA's = Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine & L-Valine)
